User Data Deletion Request

1. Overview

VIRBA is operated by Haansal Estate Pty Ltd, an Australian company. We respect your privacy and provide clear, straightforward controls for managing and deleting data associated with your VIRBA account and any connected third-party platforms, including Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.

2. Disconnecting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Accounts

If you have connected a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to VIRBA, you can disconnect it at any time:

• In VIRBA: Navigate to Connections (/app/connections), locate your connected account, and select Disconnect. This immediately removes stored connection tokens and prevents any future API requests to Meta.
• In Facebook / Instagram: You can also revoke access directly through Meta:
  1. Go to your Facebook Profile or Page Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
  3. Find VIRBA and click Remove.

3. Submitting a Formal Data Deletion Request

To request complete deletion of your VIRBA user account, organization profile, connected integration credentials, or associated data:

1. Send an email from your registered account email address to privacy@virba.ai or support@virba.ai.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request — [Your Name / Organization Name].
3. Include your registered email address and organization name so we can verify your identity before processing the request.

4. How Deletion Is Processed

Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request:

• All encrypted access tokens and integration account credentials associated with Meta or other connected services will be permanently purged from our database.
• Your user profile, workspace settings, brand profiles, and uploaded media assets will be deleted from active production storage.
• You will receive a email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Note: Certain limited transaction records or audit logs may be retained for statutory legal, accounting, or compliance obligations under applicable Australian laws before being securely archived or destroyed.

5. Response Timeline & Contact

Data deletion requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and processed within 30 days of receipt and verification.
